The macrocyclic kinase inhibitor (MKI) database is constructed by collecting all the published MKIs with nanomolar binding affinities from the scientific literature, describing a panoramic view of the current progress of MKIs, elucidating the characteristics of MKIs and scaffolds, and dissecting the core structures of MKIs. It is freely available and will be updated regularly. We hope it will facilitate the design and development of future MKIs.
