It is organized into four specialized components: the Kinase Domain PDB database (KPDB), the Kinase Ligand-binding PDB database (KLPDB), the Apo Kinase PDB database (AKPDB), and the Covalent Inhibitor-binding Kinase PDB database (CIKPDB). , along with an online navigable interface for exploring covalent kinase inhibitor (CKI) binding (shown below).
